Sold Out

So, I scanned my first blog. Should therefore say that my bloods have been poor-diet equally rubbish too.
But, progressed with amazon and ebay sales. Managed to sell Nick Drake lp for £250 quid.
The sales continue-current thinking is to go for an improved music pc -not a laptop and not an apple mac pro laptop-which I am tempted by-all the firewire/interface options are confusing for me and. If i get a new spec music pc I can run my old fave software-but faster.

Bought Max 5 via the Uni-Yip! Reduced charge thank goodness. And a faster pc will help.
Been on the  arduino course and been reading how to make things talk. Ideas are percolating.

Burn Baby Burn

Err yes, so I've got myself a personal trainer to work off the blubber. Richie claims to be the best in Aberystwyth-he's very confident that I can become lithe and supple and thin  and all good things-in  a few short months of regular exercise in the Reggie  Perrin-esque Wellness Centre.

I missed 3 weeks of attendance after my first 'assessment' a month back.  Richie sent me a curt email reminding me that I was supposed to be taking this seriously-mmm, I apprciated it. I'd thought I'd get away with my typical I know better I will postpone activity for awhile until...

So, thanks Richie. Attended the Wellness Centre this morning. And for an old codger (Richie said I am no spring chicken) managed to struggle through the regime he'd devised for me.

Hard work I can tell you and I managed to burn off 363 calories. Yip! I feel anew.

Incidentally I went to the chiropractor yesterday. Not sure I was impressed. He told me my arm was sore and that my back ached and that I should not  embark upon Richie's plan of action for me. The jury is out on whether I will accord to his opinion or defer to Richie.

The chiropractor looked like ne needed to lose more weight than me.

Outside in the Snow

Walpiri Dreamings versus Harrison Birtwistle

Essentially I decided to keep my Walpiri Dreamings (unread) and to giveaway my Harrison Birtwistle book-Oxfam? Put the Dreamings alongside the Tate edition of Blake I got last year-two years ago and will 'dip' into them this weekend.

I think we're going to play in the snow.

I'm very pleased to have rediscovered Andras Schiff-yeah-pseud's corner beckons

Pinch Punch First of the Month

Snowed here in Tregaron. Good 1st of 2010-got the mikes out and Joseph played with the sm57 his favorite but it was too cold he said and we abandoned the 'recording'.

Idea for this is a lodging of my thoughts. It'll change as we make it up.

Yes, NY resolutions are to do this-be creative for 2010 let us hope. And lose weight and have good Bloods.

Another good start managed to start selling old equipment via ebay and amazon.

Books went to Oxfam last year.

5 days till I start new job.

Sian may go to Australia-she says.
